Client was charged with Murder in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.02(B) (F1),two counts of Felonious Assault in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.11 (F2), and Aggravated Vehicular Homicide in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.06(A)(1)(b) (F2). Client was facing 15 years to life in prison. A motion to suppress the results of the alcohol breath test (BAC) was filed and after a hearing, the Court suppressed the results which indicated the client was operating his vehicle with a prohibitive level of alcohol in his blood. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea one (F2), and was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
