Client was charged by Covington Police Department with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in violation of KRS 218A.1412 and various violations of Kenton County Ordinance 451.12 regulating Sexually Oriented Businesses. A bench trial was set, and counsel was able to work out a plea agreement, whereby the Trafficking charge was dismissed for a plea to an ordinance violation, and a fine of $150.00.
