Client was charged by Montgomery Police Department with Montgomery Ordinance 73.01(A)(1)(a), Operating a Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol and an equipment violation. Client was stopped for not having a light over his license plate, administered all three standardized field sobriety tests, which the officer noted as being performed poorly and was arrested.     Counsel was able to get the OVI dismissed.
