Mason OVI/DUI
Client was charged by Ohio State Highway Patrol with two OVI offenses within three months, the first the client refuse a breath test after performing field sobriety test, and the second was after an accident, where the client took a breath test which was measured at .149. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea agreement to on Physical Control and one OVI. Counsel was able to minimize client’s sentence to a 3 day Driver’s Intervention Program.
