Client was charged by Loveland Police with Failure to Control in violation of Loveland Ordinance 333.08, a minor misdemeanor (MM), and Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Hit Skip) in violation of Loveland Ordinance 335.12, a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1).   Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser charge of Reckless Operation (M4), with only a fine and avoid a mandatory driver’s license suspension.
