Client was charged by Indian Hill Rangers with 4511.19(A)(1)(a) of the Revised Code, Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (OVI/DUI), 4511.19(A)(2), refusing a chemical test with a prior OVI conviction in the last 20 years, speeding and a marked lane violation.   Later Client was driving under an Administrative License Suspension (ALS) in violation of 4510.14 of the Revised Code and a traffic light violation. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to the A1a charge, with minimum sentence and all remaining charges dismissed.
