Client was charged by Cincinnati Police with violating a Domestic Violence Protective Order in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.27 a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1), having been accused of violating the Order being accused of going onto the premises of a protected person.   The matter was tried to the bench and the Court found the Client not guilty of the offense.
