Client was charged by Green Township Police Department with Burglary in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.11, a second degree felony (F2) and Felony Domestic Violence in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25, a fifth degree felony (F5).   Client waived his right to a jury trial and tried the case to the Judge, and after trial was found not guilty on both counts.
