Client was charged by Felicity Police Department with a violation of Felicity Ordinance 73.01(A), Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence of prescription medicine and with a violation of Felicity Ordinance 135.14(C)(1) child endangering. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser charge of Physical Control, with a dismissal of the child endangering charge, no driver’s license suspension and only a 1 day RDIP program.
