Clermont County OVI/DUI

Client was charged by Ohio State Highway Patrol with 4511.19(A)(1)(a), Operating a Motor Vehicle with a while under the influence and operating with a prohibited level of alcohol in blood, which was measured by at the Ohio State Patrol at .096. Client was involved in an accident, and had a prior OVI conviction. The matter was set for motion to suppress and after pointing out problems with the blood draw and procedures, Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser charge of Reckless Operation and only a 90 day driver’s license suspension and a fine.
