Clermont County Driving Under Suspension
Client was charged by Clermont County Sheriff’s Department with driving under suspension in violation of Revised Code 4510.11 a first degree misdemeanor (M1) and speeding. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of driving without a license, an unclassified misdemeanor, avoiding a new suspension.
