Miami Township Criminal Case
Client was charged by Miami Township Police with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of R.C. 2925.14 and with Furnishing Alcohol to an Underage Person in violation of R.C. 4301.69. Counsel was able to negotiate a diversion, whereby the charges were dismissed.
