Client was charged by Miami Township Police with a violation and 4511.19(A)(1)(a), Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (OVI/DUI, a violation of 4301.69 possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor, and a marked lane violation of 4513.03. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to the marked lane violation and have the OVI/DUI and underage possession/consumption dismissed.
