Clermont County Juvenile Case
Client was charged by Union Township Police with possession of marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.11, underage possession of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4301.69(E)(1), and OVI in violations of R.C. 4511.19, if committed by an adult. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reckless operation and have the possession of marijuana charge dismissed.
