Goshen Criminal Case
Client was charged by Goshen Police Department with one count of Identity Fraud in violation of Ohio Revised Code Sections 2913.49(B)(1) a felony of the fourth degree (F4) and Misuse of Credit Cards in violation of 2913.21(B)(2) a felony of the fifth degree (F5). She was arrested in 2010. The matter was set for trial, and the day of trial, counsel was able to negotiate a plea to one first degree misdemeanor with only a $100.00 fine with no probation.
