Hamilton Area II OVI/DUI Case
Client was charged by Butler County Sheriff with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol a violation of 4511.19(A)(1)(a) and a marked lane violation in violation of 4511.33. The officer performed standardized field sobriety tests, namely the Walk and Turn, One Leg Stand and Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus(HGN) tests and the client refused a breath test. It was the Client’s 2nd OVI in 6 years. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of Reckless Operation, and have the ALS terminated and the fee waived.
