Hamilton Area II OVI/DUI Case
Client was charged by Ohio State Patrol with Marked Lanes a violation of 4511.33, 4511.19(A)(1)(h) a “high tier” OVI, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a concentration of greater than .17 of one gram by weight of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of her breath (BAC), which was measured by the Ohio State Patrol at .232. Client was stopped for marked lane violations, was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, but was unable to due to lack of balance and stumbling. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge and obtain the minimum mandatory sentence.
