Clinton County Municipal Court, Case No. 08/TRC/2437: Client, who was only 18 at the time, was charged by Ohio State Patrol in Wilmington with 4511.19(A)(1)(a), Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (OVI/DUI), running a stop sign, and Felony Forgery for carrying a fake drivers license. Client performed standardized field sobriety tests, and refused a breath test. After plea negotiations, Client pled guilty to a reduced charge of Reckless Operation, the remaining charges dismissed, and only fined, no suspension imposed, and the Administrative License Suspension (ALS) was terminated.
