Clermont County Juvenile Court, Case No. 2010JA48042: Client was charged by Miami Township Police with Felonious Assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11 a felony of the second degree (F2), if committed by an adult. Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1) without any detention and community control. The alleged victim also filed for an Order of Protection pursuant to R.C. 2151.374(F), which counsel was able to get dismissed.
