Hamilton County Municipal Court, Case No. 10/CRB/25583:  Client was charged by Cincinnati Police with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.14, a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1), and After Hours in a Park, in violation of Cincinnati ordinance 755-07-21, a minor misdemeanor.    The matter was set for trial to the court, and the day of trial, counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a minor misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, with a $10.00 fine avoiding a mandatory driver’s license suspension.

Hamilton County Municipal Court, Case No. 08/CRB/13474:  Client was charged by private complaint with Assault in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13, a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1).  The alleged violation occurred in the City of Cincinnati.  After a trial to the court, client was found not guilty.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B1004458:  Client was charged with two counts of Burglary in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.12 both felonies of the 2nd degree (F2).  Client was facing 16 years in prison.  Counsel was able to negotiate a plea one (F3), and was sentenced to 6 months of treatment, and was able to avoid prison.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B0805700:  Client was charged with Murder in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.02(B) (F1),two counts of Felonious Assault in violation of  Ohio Revised Code 2903.11 (F2), and Aggravated Vehicular Homicide in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.06(A)(1)(b) (F2).  Client was facing 15 years to life in prison.  A motion to suppress the results of the alcohol breath test (BAC) was file and after a hearing, the Court suppressed the results which indicated the client was operating his vehicle with a prohibitive level of alcohol in his blood.  Counsel was able to negotiate a plea one (F2), and was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B0906977:  Client was charged with two counts of Rape in violation of  Ohio Revised Code 2907.02, both felonies of the first degree (F1) and two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.05 both felonies of the third degree (F3).  Client was facing two life sentences without the possibility of parole (alleged victim was under the age of 10), and an additional 10 years in prison.  Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to three (3) years in prison.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B0906295:  Client was charged with two counts of Rape in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.02, both felonies of the first degree (F1), two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.05 both felonies of the third degree (F3) and six counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.05 all felonies of the fourth degree (F4).  Client was facing 37 1/2 years in prison.  Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to four (4) years in prison.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B0904776:  Client was charged by Silverton Police Department with Tampering with Evidence in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.12, a third degree felony (F3) and Possession of Marihuana in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11, a fifth degree felony (F5).   Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser charge, and avoid the mandatory driver’s license suspension and jail time.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. B0884162:  Client was charged by Green Township Police Department with Burglary in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.11, a second degree felony (F2) and Felony Domestic Violence in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25, a fifth degree felony (F5).   Client waived his right to a jury trial and tried the case to the Judge, and after trial was found not guilty on both counts.

Hamilton County Municipal Court, Case No. C09/CRB/32767:  Client was charged by Lockland Police with Assault in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13, a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1).  After a trial to the court, client was found not guilty.

Hamilton County Municipal Court, Case No. C10/TRD/49744:  Client was charged by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department with Failing to Stop After Accident (Leaving the Scene) in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4549.021, a misdemeanor of the first degree (M1).  Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of Reasonable Control a minor misdemeanor (MM).
