Client was charged by Reading Police with 4513.03, driving with no head lights and 4511.19(A)(1)(a), Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Client refused all standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs) and the breath test. Client had a prior conviction for DUI back in 1983. Counsel was able to work out a reduction to a Reckless Operation.
