Goshen Criminal Case

Two Clients were charged by Goshen Police Department with Telecommunications Harassment in violation of Ohio Revised Code Sections 2917.21(A)(3) and 2917.21(A)(5) all first degree misdemeanors (M1). After unsuccessful attempts to negotiate a satisfactory plea agreement, the matter was set for a bench trial. The Judge returned a not guilty verdict on all three counts.
