Client was charged by Miami Township Police with Furnishing Alcohol to an Underage Person in violation of R.C. 4301.69 a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. The matter was set for trial and the day of trial, after pointing out the problems with the State’s case, the charge was amended to Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the 4th degree.
