Client was charged by Union Township Police with Possession of Drugs in violation of R.C. 2925.11 a felony of the fifth degree (F5), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of R.C. 2925.14, after being stopped for a traffic offense, canine drug dog being called in and the vehicle being searched to find a marijuana pipe and prescription drugs. After counsel presented defects in the stop and search, the charges were dismissed.
