Clermont County Criminal Case

Client was indicted on three count of Child Endangerment, two felonies of the 3rd degree (F3) in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.22(A) and 2919.22(B)(2), and one felony of the 2nd degree (F2) in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.22(B)(1).   After a trial to the bench, Client was found not guilty on all three counts.
