West Chester Area III OVI/DUI Case

Client was charged by Monroe Police with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4511.19(a)(1)(a), and failing to maintain an assured clear distance in violation of Ohio Revised Code 4511.21 after client ran into the back of another vehicle. Client refused the standardized field sobriety and the breath test.   Counsel was able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of Reckless Operation.
